The tour takes you through the three Baltic countries - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, - each with its own distinctive cultural traditions and historical heritage.

Besides standard features, the tour includes services of an expert Escort guide when you travel by car between the three capitals and covering almost 700 km across the Baltic states.

You will be delighted to explore Latvia's stunning Gauja National park with its historical Turaida Castle, and a visit to a quaint town of Sigulda.

You will also visit the splendid Rundale Palace outside of Riga.

En route to Tallinn you visit a charming resort town of Parnu in Estonia.

Itinerary: 

Day 01 -  Arrive in Vilnius

Arrive in Vilnius, a medieval capital of Lithuania. Transfer and check-in at Comfort Hotel LT *** (or similar) for a 2 nights' stay

 Day 02 - In Vilnius
In the morning get a close view of the monumental sights of Vilnius, the Baltic beauty, also described as a spider web of cobbled streets snaking amid some of the world’s most fantastic baroque churches.

Your 3-hour guided sightseeing includes a panoramic city tour and a walking tour of the Old Town, - the largest in Europe - with Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter-and-Paul Church, St. Anne's church, Old University and the Gates of Dawn. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight


Day 03 - Vilinius - to - Riga (300 km by car) 

Travel approx. 300 km by car through the rolling hills of South Latvia to reach the sophisticated Capital of Latvia, Riga. En route visit the Hill of Crosses, the pilgrimage center in Lithuania, 12 km north of Siauliai.

The palace was built in the 18th century as a Summer residence of the Duke of Courland. 
Designed by a genius of Italian architecture Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli - famous for the Hermitage Museum and Peterhof in Russia, - this is quite simply one of the most stunning buildings in the Baltics, and makes a fantastic day for a day trip before reaching Riga.

 Founded over 800 years ago, Riga is the largest and the most cosmopolitan of the three Baltic capitals. 

Upon arrival in Riga, check-in at the Wellton Centrum & Spa **** (or similar) for a 3 nights' stay. Balance of day at leisure

 

Day 04 - In Riga: Sightseeing

Today enjoy a 3-hour sightseeing tour of ancient Riga. It includes driving and walking along the central boulevards of Riga, enjoying the view of the City Canal parks, the Bastion Hill, the Powder Tower, the Latvian National Theater, the Fine Arts Museum, The Daugava river with its bridges.
A walking part of your tour takes you around the Old Town, a wealth of historic buildings and architectural designs.
   It includes viewing Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peters Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds, the Freedom Monument.  
Riga is also an architectural treasure: you will see for yourself that the ancient Riga is stunningly diverse in architectural styles.

It has one of the largest collections of Art Nouveau buildings in the whole of Europe. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight


Day 05 - Riga, Open Air Museum | trip to Jurmala
 

Day 06 - Riga - Tallinn | by car, 315 km 
In the morning leave hospitable Riga and drive along the coastal highway to Tallinn, with a visit to Latvia's stunning Gauja National Park and a stopover in Estonia's resort town of Parnu.

The Highlight of the day is a visit to Latvia's stunning Gauja National Park, known as the Latvian Switzerland, explore the charming town of Sigulda and the Turaida Castle. 

 

Gauja National Park, the Latvian SwitzerlandThe Gauja National Park boasts unique landscapes, the largest Devonian rock outcrops – sandstone precipices, rocks, caves and monuments of culture and history. There are over 500 monuments of history and culture – hill forts, stone castles, churches, manors, water and windmills. You will visit one of them, the Turaida Castle. 

 

  In the afternoon, arrive in Tallinn, the Capital of Estonia, on Estonia's northern coast of the Gulf of Finland. Often called a natural meeting point between East and West. 
Tallinn has been a trading port for many centuries, and was a major city in the medieval Hanseatic League.
Check-in at the cozy L'Hermitage **** (or similar) in Tallinn's Old Town for a 2 nights' stay. Balance of day at leisure

Day 07 - In Tallinn, Sightseeing: City tour and Kadriorg Palace
Tallinn is a sightseer's paradise. Today your will invite you to explore the city's most importatn sights of Tallinn's medieval architecture and the enchanting feel of the town. 
From Toompea, the Castle hill, you have a magnificent view over the city and the Baltic sea. From Toompea Hill view the Baroque Toompea Castle, now the residence of the Estonia Parliament. 
Walk along Tallinn's medieval cobblestone streets and see the Gothic St. Mary's Cathedral. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Lower Town rooftops from Toompea viewpoint. 
In Lower Town view the exterior of the Gothic Town Hall, being among the best in Europe. Overnight 

Day 08 - Tallinn, See You Again 
After breakfast your tour ends. Transfer to airport is included
