Day 1 – Saturday: Arrive in Berlin

You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax before meeting your fellow travelers and Tour Director for a Welcome Dinner (D)

Day 2 – Sunday: Explore Berlin

Embark on a morning sightseeing tour with panoramic views of Berlin’s iconic landmarks such as the impressive Reichstag and the beautiful Schloss Charlottenburg. Continue your journey through the city, passing by renowned sights such as the Opera, Schiller Theater, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. The afternoon is yours to explore this historically significant and once-divided city at your own pace (B)

Day 3 – Monday: Journey to Prague
We begin our journey towards Dresden – the beautiful Saxony Baroque city. Take a moment for an orientation tour, where you will admire the magnificent Zwinger Palace and the esteemed Semper Opera House. We will then continue our journey to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic (B,D)

 

Day 4 – Tuesday: Explore Prague
After breakfast, cross the Vltava River and embark on a fascinating exploration of Prague.
Visit the Royal Castle of Hradcany, where you can marvel at the grandeur of the Cathedral of St. Vitus, the Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica, and the Golden Lane with the Daliborka Tower. Continue your tour to witness the captivating sights of the Old Town Square, the famous Astronomical Clock, the Jewish Quarter, St. Nicholas Church, and the Charles Bridge, among others. The balance of the day is yours for independent activities (B)

Day 5 – Wednesday: Arrive in Vienna
Today we will travel by motorcoach to Vienna, Austria – known as the “City of Waltz.” There is free time to start discovering the city’s delights such as beautiful architecture,  shopping, and delicious pastries (B,D)

Day 6 – Thursday: Explore Vienna
We begin the day by visiting St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Hofburg Palace. Then, we will take in the views of the Belvedere Palace, Prater Amusement Park, and the UN Buildings. The afternoon is free for you to explore and enjoy at your leisure. In the evening, you can immerse yourself in the captivating melodies of a classical concert featuring the timeless music of Strauss and Mozart (B)

Day 7 – Friday: Journey to Budapest
Today we depart for Budapest, the splendid capital of Hungary. The sightseeing tour upon arrival includes views of all the main attractions. This includes the Parliament, the Royal Palace, the Castle Hill area, Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, Heroes Square, and Gellert Hill with its Citadel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this exciting city (B)

Day 8 – Saturday: Explore Budapest
After breakfast, spend the day exploring the city known as Paris of the East. Shop along Vaci Utca, treat yourself to a delicious slice of apple strudel, sip some Hungarian wine, or perhaps join us for an optional excursion (B,D)

Day 9 – Sunday: To Krakow
Our journey today takes us through the scenic hills and countryside of Slovakia, past the majestic Tatras Mountains, and into the picturesque rolling plains of Poland. Upon arrival in Krakow, enjoy a relaxing dinner before settling in for the night (B,D)

Day 10 – Monday: Explore Krakow 
Our morning sightseeing tour starts with a visit to Wawel Hill, The Royal Castle and The Royal Cathedral. Next, take a walking tour of the Old Town, the Main Market Square, Renaissance Cloth Hall, and St. Mary’s Church. The afternoon is free for you to go for a stroll, browse through shops, sample local delicacies (such as sernik or szarlotka), or simply relax (B)   


Day 11 – Tuesday: In Warsaw
In the morning, join a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the infamous concentration camp from World War II and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Later, continue to Czestochowa and visit the Yasna Gora Monastery, renowned for the revered Black Madonna painting. In the late afternoon, arrive in Warsaw – the capital city of Poland (B,D)

Day 12 – Wednesday: Explore Warsaw
As a symbol of Polish nationhood and resilience, Warsaw’s 700-year-old history holds great significance. The sightseeing tour includes a drive along the famous Royal Route from Castle Square to Lazienki Park and Palace – the summer residence of the last king of Poland. Pass by the Palace of Science and Culture – known as The Wedding Cake. See the Saxon Gardens, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Monument of the Heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto, and the Barbican. Continue with a walking tour of the Old Town, Old Market Square and St. John’s Cathedral. The rest of the day is free for shopping, a stroll through the city, relaxing in one of the many parks or gardens, or perhaps an optional late afternoon Chopin concert (B)

Day 13 – Thursday: Depart Warsaw
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Warsaw airport for your departure (B)

Note: Because of the narrow and cobbled streets, walking is the primary way of getting around. Please make sure to pack comfortable walking shoes
